Let's Boogy

Hi friends and Happy Sunday! :)  I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and for my friends in the US, I hope you are having a wonderful holiday weekend :)  We are having a great time here, but I wanted to pop in really quick and share a card with you.  The new challenge is up over at Color Me Creative and our challenge this week was Retro Fun.  Our sponsor this week is Digi My World (you must pop over to their site, they have the cutest images!).  If you participate in the challenge, you have a chance to win one set of digis from Digi My World so please play along with us! :)

For my card, I used this adorable image called Disco Jam Kimmie.  I of course colored her with copics (I must admit, I was a bit rushed on this one and I'm not too happy with the hair, I could have done better :) ). Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20

Hair: E21, E25, E29

Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85

Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05, BG09

Shadow: W2, W4, Blender

My DP is from MME (Happy Day stack).  The corner flourish was made using a Memory Box die.  For some finishing touches, I added a bow, a jewel (from Michael's), and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The sentiment is from Pink By Design (but I think this set retired).  What do you think?
